Thank you for using NFTrecx (“NFTrecx,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our website or services.

1. Use of Our Services

NFTrecx provides a platform for users to buy and sell non-fungible tokens (“NFTs”) that represent photographic images. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the services only for lawful purposes.

2. Ownership of NFTs

The name and Intellectual Property involved in the NFTrecx project is owned by the team. All rights that are not specifically granted to the users and owners of NFTrecx NFT’s below are reserved by the team. This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the images, names, airdrops and future endeavors.

3. Fees

NFTrecx may charge fees for certain transactions on our platform, such as buying or selling NFTs. We may also charge fees for additional services that we offer. By using our services, you agree to pay any applicable fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website and platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of NFTrecx or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content or materials without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our services to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, using our platform to sell counterfeit or stolen goods, engage in money laundering, or engage in any other activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NFTrecx provides our services “as is” and without any warranty or guarantee. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our platform or the NFTs sold on our platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NFTrecx be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or the NFTs sold on our platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NFTrecx and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our platform or the NFTs sold on our platform.

9. Modifications to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Your continued use of our platform after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your use of our platform at any time, in our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or our platform shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the Netherlands.
